1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 12bingo platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 12bingo with respect to your use of the platform.

Your continued use of the 12bingo platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 12bingo:

• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the platform;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of 12bingo or its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 12bingo;
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services offered by 12bingo, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 12bingo platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 12bingo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of a violation of this policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 12bingo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 12bingo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

12bingo is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their 12bingo accounts using the payment methods made available on the platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 12bingo does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 12bingo reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 12bingo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the name of the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 12bingo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

12bingo is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. The platform reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate regulatory authorities. Players must not use the 12bingo platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

12bingo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request involving bonus-derived funds will be approved.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

12bingo employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account may be permanently suspended.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 12bingo platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. 12bingo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on the 12bingo platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are designed to ensure that all game results are random, fair, and independent of previous outcomes. The RNG systems used by 12bingo are subject to regular testing and certification by independent third-party auditors.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, 12bingo reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager placed. 12bingo will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from a technical malfunction. The decision of 12bingo regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final.

6.4 Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. 12bingo employs fraud detection systems to identify such activity. Players found to be engaging in any form of cheating will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 12bingo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 12bingo staff;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 12bingo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of 12bingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 12bingo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 12bingo.

The 12bingo name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 12bingo. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of 12bingo.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

12bingo does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 12bingo's reasonable control. 12bingo will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by platform downtime or unavailability.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 12bingo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 12bingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall 12bingo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 12bingo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 12bingo account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

10.2 Termination by 12bingo

12bingo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In the event of termination for cause, 12bingo reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the 12bingo platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 12bingo, you agree to first contact the 12bingo customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

11.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you believe that 12bingo has acted in a manner inconsistent with its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming activities in the Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12bingo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 12bingo will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 12bingo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.1 of this Agreement.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12bingo with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

13.3 Waiver

The failure of 12bingo to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a specific provision must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 12bingo.

13.4 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
